I suggest you go to Macao by ferry and the nearest ferry terminal from the area should be China Ferry Terminal. However, West Kowloon covers such a large area, so it is hard to tell you the exact way to get there.

Ok, here is the general way to go: walk from Tai Kok Tsui Road to UNG WUI STREET TAI KOK TSUI to take bus no. 12 and get off at SILVERCORD. Then you can easily walk to China Ferry Terminal. There you can buy an economy class cabin ticket for ferry trip.

Philipine passport holders are allowed to stay in Macao for no more than 30 days, exempt from visa, so no visa is needed. Don't worry!
