Is a Beijing PEK 10:00pm arrival too late if I want to buy a sim card, map and exchange currency?

Would any store be open for me to buy a sim card for my phone, a map of beijing, and exchange money?

At that time, I’m afraid most stores and banks are closed, so you may hardly buy the map and the SIM card. But in every terminal, there are automatic exchange machines are available.
