collecting tickets to hong kong

Question

I'm about to book tickets through TCG and have a question about collecting tickets. I will arrive to Guangzhou Baiyun airport. Can I collect all of my tickets there in the Railway Ticket Office, including tickets to Hong Kong (Hung Hom)? Or do I need to go to a Railway station?

Dear Bjarke,Thank you for inquiry!We are sorry to tell you that you have to pick up the tickets at a railway station in Guangzhou.
