About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

Can the Zodiac be wrong, since my mom and I get along well with each other?

I am a 11 year old from the US and I am a sheep! But my mom is a Rat! It says that a rat and sheep should avoid each other but my mom and I get along perfectly fine. Does this mean that the Chinese Zodiac can have flaws or does it mean that later in the future my mom and I wont get along too well?

The Chinese zodiac is just for reference and not always the same as the things in reality. Besides, it can tell some things about the relationship between couples, however for mother and son, it is hard to tell.

Also you need to consider and look at the sign for the hour that you were born in, this is quite an important element in Chinese zodiac. It could be that the year signs shouldn't get along by some definition, but the hour signs could well be compatible, and improve/strengthen the relationship.
