Can I travel in de first 30 days of my S1 visa, I need to go to Hongkong it's very urgent!!!!

Dear sir/Madam

I have a urgent question and I hope you can help me with it.
I arrived 30-07-2014 in china with a S1 in Ghangzhou. I will apply for my permit on 28-8-2014. The organization is doing everything for as my husband is working on the Utaloy international school in Zengcheng.
I have to go to hongkong first for personal affaire next week. Can I re-enter China without problems? After Hongkong I will go directly to ghanzhou to apply for my permit stay.

You mean currently, you still keep your S1 ad do not apply for your resident permit now, right?
If so, you cannot re-enter after you leave China. S1 has only a single entry, so if you leave China, you need to re-apply one to enter again.

Personally speaking, if your personal affairs in HK is not in urgent, it is suggested to go after you get your residence permit.
