Dear Sirs, My wife - Ethiopian - shall come soon to my working place - Saudi Arabia - . As we are planing to travel to China, is the processing of tourist type from Saudi different than the one from Ethiopia?B.R.Francesco

The procedures in two countries are the same. If both of you want to apply in Saudi Arabia, you need to provide your proof of legal status in that country for application besides other important documents.
