Luggage allow on G train from Xian to Beijing

Hello, I will be travelling from Xian to Beijing. May I know if I can carry with me 1 50L rucksack and 1 luggage 20 kg?

If this is not possible, may I find out if baggage consignment services are available and the relevant charges?
