72 hour visa free transit in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

We are flying Heathrow-Hanoi with a 4 hour stop over at Guangzhou airport are we eligible for the free transit to leave the airport

If you can provide your tickets to Hanoi, you can enjoy the 72-hour free transit in Guangzhou airport. You can apply for a stay permit stamp at immigration in the airport to leave CAN.
