Visa help

Dear Sir/ Madame,

My girlfriend and myself have booked flights and hotel to Beijing 9th-14th October.

My girlfriend has an EP pass but I am currently unemployed and in Singapore on a 90day tourist pass (both english passport holders). Am I able to apply for Chinese tourist one through the Chinese embassy in Singapore?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since both of you have English passport, both of you need to apply for a Chinese tourist one through your local CVASC. Besides the basic documents, you need to take your tourist pass and your girl friend needs to tek your EP Pass for application.

Thank you Duncan. By local do you mean in the UK or can I do this by going down to the Chinese embassy in Singapore?

I mean the CVASC in Singapore. Remember go to the CVASC in stead for embassy for applying, because the Singapore's embassy does not accept application in person.
