Do I need a police Clearance, medical examination for applying student visa

For the application, the medical examination and the police clearance are not needed based on my information. You only need to provide your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, admission letter and JW202 for applying.

Before applying, you are still suggested t consult the Chinese embassy in your country to ask whether they needs some other documents, because requires for some countries may be a little bit different.
