You still need to provide a personal statement, your working proof in India, bank statement if any, your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, your round trip tickets and hotel booking in China. Then you need to go to the nearby embassy/consulate to apply for one.

For multiple one for at least 3 monthes, what do you mean by this? Usually, a multiple one is valid for 6 monthes or one year and each stay of duration is around 30 days. If you want to stay long each time, you can apply to get a 60 or even 90 days' stay. Or you can just extend your stay of duration when you are in China.

Usually, it takes around 4 working days to get it.
