Travel time ( March or April) in Taipei

Hi, Im Janny from Malaysia.

Would like to know March & April which month is better for travel? Prefer don't rain.

There is plenty of rainfall both in Mar. and Apr., Maybe you can go there in Mar., after all, the flowers blossom, you can enjoy it.
