About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why are parcels to India getting stuck?

Why are this packages getting stuck at this place and not forwarded to India? Same is happening with other customers from India, is there a problem, how is Hongkong Post, is it good compared to China Post?

Kala, your two items were rechecked after it went through the customs. What did you buy? In fact, not all items sent to India were stuck at Beijing airport. Some people's items are still sent to India successfully. HK Post is said to be faster than China Post. You may give it a try.

The first and the last one seem to be stuck at the airport. The second one was sent from Beijing to India on August 2. You may receive it in 15 or 30 days.

Recently, many packages sent from China to India seem to get stuck in Bejing. I am not sure if it has something to do with APEC meeting. Since it is held in Beijing, the security has been strengthened very much. It says that armed police hold guns patrol on the street.
