Hi. Where exactly can i return the BJ transportation smart card at Dongzhimen subway station? Can i return and get the deposit back at any ticket office, especially the one at the exit to airport express since i will be taking that line next? Thank you.

Hi, you can return the card and get your refund at the Customer Service Center in Dongzhimen station of subway line 13. Then follow the clear signages to find the pass to Airport Express.
