About:China Postal Service

Why was my parcel sent back to China? Tracking number: RA601726135CN

hi this is vishnu i uy some good's from china the recipet numner is RA601726135CN its send on 30/5/2014 and its come to india on 28/7/2014 in Kolkata . i dont know why they send parcel return back to beijing . how can i get the shipment i dont know . there is no website to complant in china post

It was sent back to China because it wasn't delivered to you successfully. If you want to make a complaint, you should complain about India Post. Once your parcel arrived, it was them who had delivered your parcel. You'd better ask them why they didn't deliver your parcel to you successfully.

hi thanx for reply. i talk to india post they told me that the address is no proper write by china post so i send parecl return back. if possible pls tel me china post mail address so i can send mail and tell to him the problm.

what i do please help.
