What are the places can I visit on wheelchair? Any bu xin jie in the city or Sanya?

I just know Holiday Beach is wheelchair friendly. West Jiefang Road is a famous Bu Xing Jie (pedestrian) in HK city and in Sanya, Jiefang Road is recommended.
