About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

I ordered and payed train tickets from Beijing to Xi'an Datong to Beijing in July

When can I expect the e tickets. I only have tracking numbers.

The rail tickets are put on sale 20 days in advance, and we will book the ticket for you as soon as they are released and inform you via email. You can also check the status of your ticket with tracking number on our website.
