I got a confirmation from pay pal, that I payed my tickets, but I didn't get any email, form you sit

More than two weeks ago, I boked two seats from Xi'an to Chengdu via your Website. I got an Email from Paypal, that I payed the booking correctly, but I didn't get any confirmation from your Websites concerning my booking or anything. I choose that I wanted my tickets to be delivered to my Hotel in Xian. When will I get a confirmation or something like that?
