My friend and I hang out together all the time, he told me that he likes me.

If this was to go forward, will it work? My bday (Aug 16, 1993) his is (Nov 19, 1993).

Both of you are Rooster. Two roosters dispute a lot because they both are stubborn. It's very difficult for them to accept other people's suggestions. If they can't get rid of their stubbornness, they may not have a successful relationship.
