dears, currently I have a Chinese M (30 days), and My girlfriend is a chinese citizen, we want to get marry, is it possible to apply? and after we get married, what should I do? Because I want to stay longer with her here, can I apply for Q1 without leaving? if an agent can do it, normally how much does it cost?

Yes, you can get married in China with your M type. However, you can't change your M into Q1 without leaving. You need get back to Iraq and reapply for a Q1 type. If you ask an agency to do that, it may cost CNY 6000 at least. And they won't guarantee that you can get it for sure.
