hi im filipina as tourist here in malaysia . wanna ask if i can get china one here in malaysia since i have china one before in my passport now.Wanna know if i can apply again china one even im here in malaysia now

All I can say is that you can try to apply from the CVASC in Malaysia. I am not sure if you will get one. According to CVASC,  original and photocopy of your valid certificates of residence, employment or student status, or other legal stay proof provided by the relevant Malaysian authorities are required.
