Can I bring in IT equipment labeled "Made in China"?

Hello,

Can I bring in for use Wireless Hot Spots for use by my group while in China? We had heard that equipment labeled "Made in China" was not allowed. We understood the equipment had have the CCC Mark (China Compulsory Certificate). The Huawei E5151 is the wireless hot spot our group will use.

Thank you very much
