You mean you need to apply for your tourist L type in China?
The marriage certificate they required must be translated, notarized and authenticated in Malaysia, so that it can be used in China. The notarization needs to be down by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and the certificate needs to be authenticated in Chinese embassy in Malaysia.

For your situation, it is suggested to go to the Malaysian Embassy in China to consult whether they can provide some help.
