About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

Work permit and residence permit transfer

I left my old employer by 31.7.2014 and going to start at my new employeer 1.9.2014
I submitted my work permit application on 6.8.2014 i believe it will be approved by 27.8.2014 (15working days)

My problem start when i need to apply for temporary residence permit
My old one is valid up to 30November 2014
My new employer arranged a training in Europe from 30.8.2014 -26.9.2014 i will have time to apply to temporary resident permit only in October (60 days after my dismiss letter from old employer) is this allowed
Is there any fine (how much)

According to my experience, you will have time to apply your temporary residence permit in October. Your situation is allowed. They will not fine you.

But in order to make sure, you are still suggested to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for detail steps.
