About:China Work Visa

if i enter china on a m or L visa, can I have that converted to Z type once in china?

if i intend to teach in china but can only acquire a L or M type, can I get a Z type through the Chinese company which hires me once in China?

You cannot change it inside China if you apply on your own. If you want to change without leaving China, you need to do it through some agency. Your company may not help you to change your type, but you can ask them about it.
