About:China Work Visa

Can I get a tourist visa first to travel to China and as soon as I find a job?

Can I get my working visa in HongKong?

Xiaomei, I am not quite sure that you can apply for a Z type in HK because the authorities ask the applicants to provide their HK residence permit. However, you can give it a try. If you fail, you should fly back to the US to apply for the Z type.
