U are suggested to take a direct cross-border coach at HKIA to Guangzhou. Then go to Baiyun Airport to take a direct flight to your destination. Buses from HKIA to Guangzhou are scheduled from 07:00 to 22:15 every day. And the flights' schedule can be searched out on the flight page in this website.
