Documents to be submitted for applying a Tourist type to China

Hello, I am a Malaysian national intending to travel to China for leisure (tourism purpose). May I know if I will have to provide my air ticket booking/itinerary alongside my passport + photo (1 copy) + completed application form?

Thanks!

Best,
Christian

Basically, you need to provide all the documents you mentioned. Besides, you also need to provide you hotel booking confirmation letters in China with documents you mentions for application.
