pls what's the requirement for s1 visa.

Hey guys I wanna know the requirement for S1. Secondly, Do i need health examination report to apply s1?I'm an American and wanna invite my Ghanaian wife to join me from Ghana but it seems we are messing things up , we really need your assistance.  Thank y'll!

The Ghanaian cannot get their S1 with their own passport if they apply from their country according to the policy. It is suggested to ask the Chinese embassy in Ghana for more detail information. Or you can prepare necessary documents to have a try.

Man, thanks for your message but what do you mean if you say The Ghanaian cannot get their S1 with their own passport Does it mean the S1 isn't issue to Ghanaians? Or you mean we must apply it from states? But we got all the legal documents to support it.  Hear from ya!

I mean the Chinese embassy in Ghana does not issue S type to Ghanaian and only F, M, Z, X type are issue if the Ghanaian apply in their own country according to the policy. If your wife lives in USA, she can try to apply in USA, maybe she can get it in the end with necessary documents.

Alright,  but it's never true. Last December, she got S2 visa from Ghana, which is  180 days maximum but this time we want S1. I'm very sure that they issue S1 as well. BTW, thanks for your time.

Pls what's the requirement for S1 visa.
