I am applying for student visa and please my question is the physical examination report for foreigners(medical report) and the bank statement which the embassy says it should be attested by the court, how is it attested at the court? Is it that I can send it to the magistrate or high court for the registrar to attest it by the court stamp and sign on it or what I should I do.Or is it that I should send it to the foreign affairs minister for declaration of attestation letter or what ?please and please I need an urgent answer.

Hi, usually, if the hospital is a public one, a stamp on the report is regarded as an attested. Or you need to go to the related superior authorities to get a stamp in general. For detail information, you are still suggested to consult the Chinese embassy in your country and they will tell you what kind of process you need to do.

i have the doctors stamp on it but they said i should still attest it at the court and statement too Please I have the doctors official stamp but the embassy details still says it should be attested and what of the bank statement sttestation too.is it also about court stamp or what?

The doctor's stamp is useless. At least, you need to have a official stamp of a public hospital and then be attested at the court. The bank statement needs to be attested there, too.
