Is there an express service for application?

Hi, I'm travelling to HK in three weeks. I need to obtain a visa is it possible to get an express processing in 2 weeks rather than 4? Thanks

It is almost impossible to get an express service.
If you have a Australia passport, you can enjoy a 90-days free entry, so you do not need to apply it.
