Distant relative on extended stay

Hi, my husband and I are on work Z type. We would like a second cousin to come and stay with us to help with moving amd kids. We cannot prove relation, however we would like him to stay forman extended (as long as possible) amount of time. He is from,El,Salvador living in the IS. Is there anything we can we can do to help the situation? We would like much more time than an L,visa permits, and I am afraid we will not qualify for an S2.

If you cannot provide any official certificate, you can even provide a notarized certification of kinship to show that you have kinship.

If you cannot provide this document, you cannot apply S, but only to apply L type. Then try to extend it when he reaches China.
