I will be in the two cities in November. Does anyone know where they have stores that sells brand name clothing for cheap. I have heard there are surplus stores that sells brand name clothes for a good price.

In BJ, you can go to the Yansha Outlet and the Scitech Premium Outlet Mall.In Hong Kong, you can go to the Lane Crawford Outlet and Sale Shop.
