Stores in Hong Kong and Beijing that sells brand name clothes for cheap

I will be in the two cities in November. Does anyone know where they have stores that sells brand name clothing for cheap. I have heard there are surplus stores that sells brand name clothes for a good price.

If you want to buy the cheap branded clothes, you can go to the outlet centers, where you can enjoy a good discount. In BJ, you can go to the Yansha Outlet and the Scitech Premium Outlet Mall.

In Hong Kong, you can go to the Lane Crawford Outlet and Sale Shop. Another good choice is Citygate near Tung Chung MTR station. There you can find many branded clothes with great discount.
