About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Question about travel permit to china for newborn baby.

Do you sent a officer of embassy china to a place that is nearby Kentucky. What documents do we need to prepare?

Sometime, the embassy will sent officers to Kentucky based on their schedule, but it is not certain.
If possible, you are highly suggested to apply for through the embassy directly.
If you want to apply for a tourist one for your kids, the baby's passport, application form with recent taken photos, the baby's birth certificate and the parents' passports are needed when applying.
