Night show in Xian Small Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area

Hi,

I want to see the night fountain show. As I read in this page description "The last hours for the scenic spot is 22:00, and last entry at 21:00."

I don't understand. If I want to see the night show I have to enter at 21.00? Can't I arrive later and see some fountain show, some minutes, before 22.00? Is it open to public or in a closed environment.
