Pudong Airport to Hongqiao

Hi,

I will be reaching PVG (T1) at 5am and my next transit flight is at Hongqiao (T1) 9am same day. Can anyone advise me the shortest route since I need to reach Hongqiao at least 2 hours before my departure time?

From what i can see is that whatever mode of transport (except for taxi) they don't start operating till at least 7am? thanks
