About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Upload copy of passport

Is this necessary to upload copy of passport on your website or would it be enogh to show my passport on the railway station during exchange e-ticket into paper ticket?

You need to upload the copy of your passport if you plan to book with us, as the information on the your personal information page is significant for booking the ticket for you.
to exchange e-ticket to paper ticket at railway station, you will be required to show the origianl of your passport.
