how i will travel from chengdu to hongkong by train

I came from Pakistan to china on official passport. does there is visa requirement for hongkong

To travel by train, you can take a train from Chengdu to Guangzhou first. Then go to Guangzhou East Train Station, transfer to another train to Hung Hom, HK. The duration from Chengdu to Guangzhou is 25 hours or longer. Do you have enough time by the way?

China visa is different from Hong Kong visa, so I'm afraid you have to apply for a HK visa in advance in your country.
