About:How to Take Shanghai Metro

What is the easiest way to get from Pudong airport to Shanghai University?

It looks like you can take the Metro #2 and connect to the Metro #7 at Jing'an Temple. Is the metro station right in the airport? Is it easy to change metros at Jing'an Temple? How long does the trip take? About how much does it cost to travel? Can we bring luggage aboard the train? Is it a far walk from the metro station to SH University? Is there anything we should know to do? Thank you!

Yes, the metro stations is connected to the terminal building. And it is very easy to transfer to line 7 at Jing'an Temple. Upon getting out of SH University metro station, the school is just in front of you!

The whole metro trip from the airport to your destination takes around 100min and the fare is CNY8 per person. It is allowed to take luggage onto the train as long as they are not in an exaggerating size.

A kind reminder is that you have to transfer to another train at Guanglan Road by taking line 2, but you can easily make it due to the clear signages.
