Between Red Channel & Green Channel

Dear All

I would like to ask you a question. im going to visit Xiamen on August 2014 and i havent been there before.

I saw an information in XM website about green line and red line in the custom inspection. They said we should use the red channel if we have something to declare and green line if we carried belongings that dont exceed duty free concession.

My qestion is: what is the criteria of the things we should declare?
