At CHINA FERRY TERMINAL BUS TERMINUS, u can take bus no. 238X to get off at Prince Edward Railway Station. Then transfer to bus no. 1R to NP Bus Terminal. Then you can easily walk to the Buddha. The whole trip takes around 95min.
One more thing requiring your attention is that bus no. 1R only operates at 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00.0
