About:Taiwan Weather

Hi I am going Taipei in the last week of August. I know that it s still the typhoon season.

But what I want to know is if the public transport will still be available if there is thunderstorm ??

Yes, the public transportation would still be in service unless the thunderstorm is too terrible causing the bus & train failing to normally operate.
