my flight arrives the airport at 11 am. Is there any shuttle bus or train? Cost compared to taxi?

Yes, shuttle bus is available. You can take shuttle bus line 6 to get off at its terminal - local railway station (near Chunyi Hotel). Then at the Railway Station metro station, take subway line 3 to get off at Changchun Movie Wonderland (Chang Ying Shijicheng). Then your hotel is around 1.5km away, so you can take a taxi to arrive exactly. The whole journey costs around CNY30 per person. If you take a taxi directly from the airport to your hotel, the fare is CNY100-120.
