Dose the block#4 105 south Heping you mentioned refers to the South Jingsi Rd in Heping District? If so, there is no direct bus to your destination, nor subway. You can take the airport shuttle bus (to SY Railway Station) and get off at the Convention center, which is about 1.6km to your destination. Then you can take a taxi there. The bus fare is about CNY 15 and taxi fare is about CNY 10.
Or you just take the taxi from the airport to the destination, the fare is about CNY 60 - 70.3
