About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Children's Visa

Hi my husband is from China but I am from the United States, our son is a us citizen. We plan to travel to China can anyone suggest the best type for me and my son? I am assuming my child would still need one, as well since he is a US Citizen.

Hi, for both you and your son, you can apply for a single entry tourist one to visit China. The duration of stay is around 30 days.

You mean your tourist one has a stay of duration for 90 days?

Usually, the visa's valid is around 90 days with stay of duration around 30 days. Sometimes, the embassy/consulate-general will issue a longer stay of duration such as around 60 or 90 days based on the applicants real situation. So the final type is a little bit difficult to predict.
