Is the bagage trough the ferry terminal? Or i must take out from hongkong airport?

Please do not worry. You do not need to take your luggage out of HKAI. You luggage will be transfer to the ferry automatically. You just need to show your bag tag receipt and then check your luggage status when you board the ferry. Then you can take your luggage at Shenkou Ferry in SZ.
