octopus card valid for chinese border to airport

Question

When coming in from Shenzhen taking the MTR to Kowloon can I buy a Octopus Tourist card including from the border to Kowloon and also a single trip to the airport?

You can buy a tourist one day pass at the border, but you can use the one day pass on the airport express. If you want to take the single trip airport express, you can also buy at the mtr station at the border.
