About:Ticket Types on High Speed Trains

Shanghai to Xi'an

Hello,

I want to travel on 29th of August from Shanghai overnight to Xi'an in a 2 berth sleeper cabin to arrive early in the morning on the 30th.

I am staying on the Bund what station do I go to, how early should I get there, what train and how much would it cost?

I would suggest Z92 from Shanghai railway Station (18:55) to Xian railway station (09:20) or D306 from Shanghai Railway Station (22:00) to Xian North Railway Station (08:41).

you should get to the Shanghai Railway Station 1.5 or 2 hours before departure.
only Z92 has the 2 berth sleeper and it costs CNY941.5. D306 has 4 berth soft sleeper and it costs CNY834.
