can international transit travel arrival&departure t3e access t3c in beijing capital

Question

wondering if my daughter and I can access to T3C , since We travel through Air China from USA to Thailand but have layover 14 hours at T3E(arrival and departure). we need to get Hourly hotel/lounge. if we can, how can we do that? please advice, we are travelling in 2 weeksthank you in advance

Yes, you can. The hourly lounges are arranged for all transit passengers, so you won't have problem in checking in by arriving at T3E. Just follow the clear guiding signs and you can easily find the lounges.
