Could you please tell me where to buy the tickets Shenzhen-Shanghai?
How long does it takes and how much.

You can buy the ticket at railway station or book with online ticket agency.
Shenzhen Railway station, Shenzhen East and Shenzhen North Station have trains to Shanghai, the shenzhen North has the D types that can reach Shanghai in 12 hours in daytime, while shenzhen East and Shenzhen Railway Station have overnight sleeper types which take 18 hours to reach Shanghai.
